Volkswagen are putting the new Bulli concept vehicle into production after popular demand for a replacement for the class Volkswagen Type 2. Volkswagen's classic Type 2 which was first introduced in 1950 and was commonly known as the Transporter or Kombi, has become something of a cult, and they are finally bringing in a long awaited successor in the Bulli.
While Volkswagen never stopped producing their vans, like the T3, the 1990 Multivan Allstar, and the 2004 Volkswagen Transporter model, none of these vehicles matched the original Type 2 for style or presence. New A-Class design the Evan revealed by Dethleffs
Motorhome designer Michael Studer showed off his new A-Class motorhome design the Evan at the CMT show in Stuttgart. Studer is a designer who has been working exclusively with German motorhome and caravan company Dethleffs for 10 years.
His latest work is the Evan, and it looks modern, stylish and sleek, with a polished and minimalist interior. The interior is a mixture of wood, leather and pure white, and has a contemporary look, with a raise-able roof for extra standing height.
The Evan can travel 6 people with two up front and four in the back, the Evan can also sleep 4 with two double beds, one over the cab and one in the raising roof. Even the bathroom can extent diving you additional movement room if required....
