Eastbourne is well connected to the motorway network and fairly easy to get to in a motorhome if you are heading from the north you could take the M40 south or the M1 South until you hit the M25 orbital around to the west until you see signs for the M23 and then the A23 heading towards Brighton, You then take the A27 towards Eastbourne until you arrive in Eastbourne. The best thing to do is plan your journey before you set of using Google maps as this will give you the best route from your starting point.
You can also get to and from London from Eastbourne quite easily in a motorhome by using the A22 road which is easy to drive along in a motorhome. The Eastbourne Council are however more lenient than other councils when it comes to parking in bays as they will allow some motorhome overhang as long as all the motorhomes wheels are within the marked bay with minimum overhang, and you only have to pay for one bay. Larger motorhomes only have the option of using the Kings Park or Queens Road lorry parks and there are no waste disposal facilities in any of the councils car parks.
No sleeping or cooking is allowed in any of the Eastbourne Council's car parks and Bath Road North, Bath Road South, Pavilion, Berry Court, Eden Glen and Terrace Mount car parks have difficult access and other restrictions for motorhomes and should be avoided.
